EL DORADO HILLS, Ca. (February, 2011) – Cemo Commercial, a Sacramento Region leader in commercial real estate, announced today that it represented a privately held real estate investment group in the acquisition of a 23,520-square-foot industrial building in the El Dorado Hills Business Park, for an undisclosed amount.
Douglas J. Quiroz, President of Brokerage Services at Cemo Commercial, facilitated the transaction.
This acquisition adds to the hundreds of real estate transactions completed by Cemo Commercial in the El Dorado Hills Business Park since its initial development. Making Cemo Commercial the most experienced firm in the El Dorado Hills market.
