Evolving from a 13 year relationship with Cemo Commercial, Inc. which has been a long standing Developer, Manager and leasing liaison of commercial real estate in Sacramento. Quiroz is also a member in several private real estate investment companies established to pursue and hold retail/preschool development and acquisition opportunities. Quiroz Commercial currently leases and manages assets valued in excess of 200 million dollars comprised of approximately 600k square feet.
