Cemo Commercial continues their energy conservation efforts and earns EPA’s Energy Star certification for 950 Glenn Drive, Folsom.
FOLSOM, Ca. (November, 2012) – Cemo Commercial, a Sacramento Region leader in commercial real estate, today announced the receipt of EPA’s Energy Star certification for 950 Glenn Drive on behalf of CSS Properties, LLC.
Cemo Commercial serves as the property manager for CSS Properties, LLC’s portfolio.
“We are very proud to have earned the Energy Star Designation,” said Kim Borra, Property Manager of Cemo Commercial. “Cemo Commercial advocates reducing energy usage. Not only does it save our precious energy, it saves our owners and tenant unnecessary expenses.”
EPA’s Energy Star certification designates energy efficient buildings throughout the United States. In order to receive the certification, buildings must achieve strict energy efficiency standards and use less energy. By doing so, the building becomes less expensive to operate and causes less greenhouse gas emissions.
Borra, on behalf of Cemo Commercial and the property owner, is very excited about earning the Energy Star designation for 950 Glenn Drive. This is the second certification Cemo Commercial and CSS Properties have earned. Borra plans to continue her efforts in Energy Star certification for more buildings within the portfolio.
950 Glenn Drive is a Class-A office building within the Glenn Drive Technology Park. The building is on Glenn Drive between Folsom Boulevard and Sibley Street in Folsom, California. The second certification is for 1107 Investment Boulevard located in the El Dorado Hills Business Park in El Dorado Hills, California.
